All recipients have their own personal d.velop postbox. During the activation process, the recipients themselves enter their personal data and a private e-mail address. They are also the ones who will be responsible for maintaining the master data in the future. The only way to log in is with a user name chosen by the user themselves or with a private e-mail address and password. The d.velop postbox is the property of the user and they keep it even if they move to a different company. It can only be deleted by the owner themselves.
