d.velop personnel file for SAP ERP is a functional enhancement of your existing SAP HCM system. Using this standard software solution, all documents in a personnel file, from the contract to sick certificates are stored in a structured way and are also a native component of the SAP work environment. The documents stored within the SAP personnel file are summarized in a clear hierarchical folder structure with registers and sub-registers, and shown clearly in the SAP GUI.
All documents are archived in an audit-proof manner and managed in accordance with the prescribed retention periods via the SAP ArchiveLink interface. This ensures that all information in the SAP HCM system is immediately available to all authorized employees.

Using Customizing in SAP ERP, the register structures can be adapted and expanded to suit your particular requirements. Special authorizations are provided for change actions, such as moving documents within the personnel files and also within the register structures, renaming documents and changing document properties (e.g. changing the document date). These user actions are of course recorded in a log book.
